  • Why can't I find a promotion on my pet's product?

    While we try to offer a variety of promotions to reach as many of our consumers as possible, we do not always have promotions running or vouchers available. Be sure to check periodically with your veterinarian or pet food retailer.

  • Do you have samples available to send?

    In an effort to reduce waste plus our confidence in our products, we do not offer samples. However, all Hill's diets are covered under our 100% Satisfaction guarantee. This means you can return the pet food to the retailer for a refund or exchange. This way you can try our products with no risk involved. We feel confident that you and your pet will be satisfied with our products.
